After growing up in Wisconsin, I moved Los Angeles in 2010, In 2013, I officially dropped all animal products from my life and a few months in I snagged the screen name VeganCheesehead on Instagram, and an alter-ego was born.
I lost 45 pounds going vegan. 35 lbs of that was strictly from cutting out dairy. My goal is to create a larger positive conversation about reducing or eliminating the amount of animal products in your life.
